Web Design Brief

We are a solar company wanting a website that has clean crisp feel of Apple. We like the dark contrasting theme in the Tesla Powerwall and Energiser Home Power websites listed below. We want a dark theme with single scroll down style page.

We want the following sections on the single page as they scroll down:
1. Main Landing page for Black Box Solar.
2. About us - company / service description
3. How it works - animation showing house with powerlines. The animations will show 'on-grid' day time, on-grid night time, Hybrid day time, Hybrid nightime / or stormy weather)
4. Mobile / monitoring - We like the energizer photo style. We want to show our app on phone.
5. Home installation location - SHow location of installation and details about requirements
6. Solution Specifications Section- A button product filter, basic specs are shown on site (like tesla buy now) - really detailed information on brochure (like energizer size selection)
7. Request Solutions Consultant form - if you want a quote, done in form style (Name, email, phone)
8. Estimator - (price estimator like tesla buy now) would have address finder, home bedroom count, install timeframe, contact details (first name, last name, email, phone, contact time preference)

I have uploaded our two brochures and some example diagrams for reference and image material.
