Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo for our church. I prefer a clean, timeless, somewhat hipster feel. I would like the logo to feature mainly the letters of the church name: RCC. I would like the logo to be distinctly Christian, possibly feature a cross integrated with the letters. I would possibly like an alternate logo with the church name written out in bold font next to the logo. Prefer grayscale or neutral colors.
