Logo Design Brief

Hello, I need a logo for the company I am creating. I am specialized in the field of personal development, the philosophy of success and NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming).
I am currently writing a book on the subject that I will sell in print, digital and audio versions via my website and any other dedicated platforms for this purpose.
I will market online and face-to-face training and organize and conduct seminars.
My business will be linked to a YouTube channel as well as to several social networks.
I will offer advice, support, assistance and coaching to private and professional audiences.
My structure aims to be broken down into franchises and the logo must be able to easily be duplicated on advertising products linked to the brand.
I would like the logo to be upscale and uncluttered with a base of white, black, gray and, why not, touches of gold. I work on brain mechanisms so the logo needs to inspire technology, science, and neural connections as well. The logo must at the same time be dynamic and sober.
