Logo Design Brief

I need a logo and a declination of graphic charter for signs, business cards, banners and other communications elements that remain on our premises. We already have an existing one which must evolve, based around a theme which is the mastery of time and professionalism. Our activity is extremely regulated, so we need an image of solidity, constancy, rigor and impartiality of judgment. This activity concerns the technical control of vehicles, trucks, semi-trailers, buses, coaches, etc. (vehicles over 3.5 tonnes).
This logo is declined on the various cities of implantation. The colors I want to keep are red, gray, black. I join you the existing as a basis to develop.
