Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new fitness & nutrition coaching business based in Toronto, ON Canada. We are a husband/wife team who help 40yr+ men and women of all abilities get stronger, healthier, and more active so they can lead the lives they want to lead. We provide in person & online personal training, nutrition & lifestyle coaching as well as mini-courses. We want to attract people of all abilities including seniors, people with disabilities, as well as your average 40 year old who just wants to get fit and feel healthier.
We would like to see designs that use the colors maroon red and black, as well as a complimentary shade of green if leaves or something else similar is used in the design to symbolize health & nutrition. We want clients to associate us with strength, health, energy, dependability, trust and longevity.
ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER needs to be on one line (not separated) and all text should be BOLD and not SCRIPT.

We want our clients to know what we do based on our logo but NOT be cliché with a dumbbell or barbell with an apple.

Requirements

Must have

• something to symbolize fitness and something to symbolize nutrition/health
  Something to symbolize ACTION. The whole idea is that we want potential clients to TAKE ACTION when they see our logo on our website. They can take action by improving their fitness &/or their nutrition/health.
  'ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER' should be on one line and 'Fitness & Nutrition' should be on a separate line. ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER should not be broken up. All text should be BOLD and not script.
  I've included an example of the type of font we like for the text. Probably ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER in black and FITNESS & NUTRITION in green (whatever accent color is used for the leaves)
  Logo should be clear and simple and professional-looking. Our clients are 40 yr olds to seniors.

Nice to have

• Ideal colors include maroon red and black (and a complementary green color accent if leaves are used to symbolize health/nutrition somewhere in design)
  
  * we have included a photo of a design symbol we liked but the designer sold to someone else. We apparently can't use this exact design but like the simplicity and symbolism. Can't violate any copyright, but something similar would be great!
  *Also included a color palette we will be using for our website. Logo should match somehow but not use all colors obviously.

Should not have

• no dumbbells, kettlebells or barbells in design
  should not look like a yoga studio logo
  the simpler the better
