Logo Design Brief

Our company offers a Heavy Equipment Operator Training Program. We are currently running as Safety with Shelly - CONSULTING SERVICES Ltd., a company that I formed in 2004. Our scope has changed and we need a new logo! I attached our old logo, and the one we are currently using now as a crest and on our advertisements.
Logo needs to reflect what we do. I’d like some resemblance of our old logo included in new logo, so people can see that we are still associated.

Requirements

Must have

• 1) Font styles the same as, or listed in the attached picture.
  2) Yellow/Orange color must be the same as the one on original logo (Caterpillar yellow is darker then a bright yellow, think of Heavy Equipment)
  3) Main colors must be black and the caterpillar yellow color
  4) Must reflect or have indication of Heavy Equipment
  5) Consulting in logo can be minimized, main focus is Training

Nice to have

• Have some characteristics of old logo
  Fresh, bright and beautiful

Should not have

• Other colors then listed
