Logo Design Brief

We need a logo designed for a new deli, Noogie's Deli, that we will be launching shortly in Richmond VA. We would like the use of fists as the "o's" in the word Noogie's with a byline underneath of "Home of the Knuckle Sandwich". I have uploaded a concept that I designed personally but PLEASE NOTE that the letters do not need to be block or bubble necessarily, just putting out there for reference.

• We would like the use of fists as the o's or incorporated in some other way within the logo. Maybe even a cartoon or design of someone giving a noogie to someone else, i.e. fist on top of someone's head in a headlock.
