Illustration Design Brief

We are People Club! People Club is built on the extensive experiences of People and Talent professionals who have been at the coal face of building world class businesses for the past 15 years.

Our team have worked for many major blue chip organisations, often globally, putting together high-performance teams that are not just excellent at the specific tasks they have been hired to complete, but also well aligned with the company’s culture and objectives.

We create environments that nurture and develop talent, supporting businesses to realise their full potential.

We are looking for various illustrations of people going about their work, talking to others, interacting with clients and so on. We are looking for a soft and warm feel to show that people matter! The images will be used on our main website in varying stages, from the initial introduction through the description of our products and services. We would ideally like anywhere between 10-20 different people of all races, backgrounds etc. Our target market is young start ups so we would like the illustrations to reflect that. Ideally the illustrations will be of younger people, in more casual clothing (i.e. not in suits!) and again ideally looking happy to be going about their work! We currently have stock imagery in our decks and as place holders on our website, and we are keen to have the illustrations replace these images. Our clients will mainly be in the UK but we do also have some clients in Europe, and further afield so we're happy with design of people from all around the globe.

The illustrations should be full body (head to toe) of people, ideally smiling but we don't feel that the characters need to be too detailed, we like the simpler look to accompany our website.
