Ko'olau Capital, Inc. is a commercial finance brokerage located in Kaneohe, Hawaii. Our office is literally at the base of the Ko'olau Mountain Range on the windward side of the island of Oahu. Our company helps businesses shop for, identify and secure the best financial solution for their needs. Many of our clients come to us because they were turned away by traditional banks. Our partner network of over 50 specialty finance companies is the largest portfolio of specialty finance solutions in the state of Hawaii. We offer SBA loans, Equipment Financing, Accounts Receivable Factoring, Merchant Cash Advances, Lines of Credit, Commercial Real Estate Financing, Bridge Financing and Land Acquisitions. We named our company after the Ko'olau Mountains because they are majestic, awe inspiring and tower over our office! As you do your own google searches, you'll see that the Ko'olaus are unique because of their repeating green, jagged cliffs and beautiful waterfalls. Our logo should capture the essence and colors of the Ko'olaus, while convey the strength and stability of a trusted finance company.

Must have

• - A logo that communicates trust, stability, and sophistication in the finance industry.
  - A design that conveys the beauty of Hawaii and the Ko'olau Mountains.
  - A one color logo that is dark green with black/white.
  - A one color logo with different shades of the same dark green color.
  - A two color logo that is dark green/gold, or dark green/silver plus black/white.

Nice to have

• We have provided a few existing Ko'olau company logo designs that are easily found on the internet. These are provided simply for inspiration. Please do not copy them. Some I really like such as the dramatic mountains in the Ko'olau Lager logo. That said we do not want the beer label look. The ones we really do not like are the cartoonish logos. We have also attached many of our own Ko'olau Mountain photos as well as a Ko'olau waterfall video. The Ko'olau's are known for the beautiful waterfalls. We can provide more pictures or videos upon request.

Should not have

• - No cartoonish logos please.
  - No copycat designs from any existing Ko'olau logos.
  - No warm colors such as red, orange, or yellow please.
