Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new farm to table pizzeria that will start with a single location and be franchised throughout the United States. We are specializing in gourmet pies with locally sourced fresh indigents, scratch kitchen food, and baked in our flame brick oven. We will have a rustic farm look with the interior mostly rustic shiplap gray/white wood and black accessories.

The name of the pizzeria is Veronica's. We would like the logo to be in black rustic script lettering. The letter V should have a slight resemblance of a pizza slice, therefore, we can utilize just the letter V on some marketing material. We would like the entire name spelled in a rustic script lettering. We would also like to see a circle around the name that resembles a gourmet pizza pie. We would like to see the logo by itself and within the circle. See attached photos for examples.
