Banner Ad Design Brief

I want to create a uniform email signature design for all users in my office. We utilize a cloud-based email signature platform called exclaimed - I need to add the assets to my account, and they will deploy across all users. I want the design to include the following:
1 - A banner ad below my logo and the same size. Please design an advertisement to contact us for additional insurance, risk management, compliance, and financial services. I will add the link from my end.
2 - 4 'boxes,' which, in total, are the same size as the banner ad. I want the boxes designed for:
a - Subscribe to our youtube channel
b - listen to our podcast
c - book on our calendar
d - request a certificate of insurance
3 - The last asset below the two above is a social media strip for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
