Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my new food truck "Guero's Food Truck". my truck is parked out the back of my bar and we serve carne the best of Mexican American cuisine. Burgers, wings, asada fries, asada tacos. We use inspiration from Texas Bbq and California flavor and style. we are located in Grand Island Ne, which is heavily populated by the Hispanic demographic. we serve authentic but bring a new life to the already 15 trailers in town. We would use this logo on a wrap and be the first to have a wrapped truck. Would like to incorporate the Mexican and American colors and or flags. it should reflect what we serve,
