Logo Design Brief

We would like our logo to be unique to us as a brand. The attached image is our first sketch of what we want our logo to be. We would like you to make this look neater and add emphasis on the J and the T so it stands out from the & Symbol. Feel free to play around with the use of black and white. So there is no confusion, the image attached is the "&" Symbol with the letters J and T incorporated in. The J is top right of the "&" symbol and the T is underneath the bottom of the J.
