Logo Design Brief

I kind of have an idea on what i want. I would like half a circular saw blade on top the bottom of the circle would be a wood log year rings . Ideally the log rings will have a rustic look to it not just symmetrical rings. inside the circle would be mountains. on the outside of the circle would be Pacific NW woodshop. NW can either be spelled out Northwest or the initials. I do want the lettering to be all facing one way not upside down lettering around the circle. The design should be simple and not very intricate as i will need to carve it into tables. Just black is fine right now for the color but am open to design ideas.
