We need a new logo & icon for a start-up consultancy based in Northern Ireland called 'Aermid'. Aermid is the celtic goddess of wellbeing & theraputic medicine.
We provide Culture, Organisational Effectiveness & Employee Support consultancy to business. We specialise in organisational insights through surveys & in-person diagnostics, coupled with organisational effectiveness consultancy and employee support services.
Our initial offering focuses on helping organisations and employees better understand the long-term implications of working from home.
The final design should communicate our core 'Why':
- We believe that all people deserve to lead balanced lives.
The logo should represent how we deliver our work: professional experience, knowledge, expertise & partnership.
From a style perspective we would like the logo to incorporate something to represent partnership. It should be clean & modern.
