App Design Brief

Design UI for home screen/dashboard for my iOS/Android APP FlipDecider.

See attached screen shots and User Experience description. Also go to www.FlipDecider.com and see the website description (yes, it is still under construction, its broken and incomplete).

You are designing screen #2 #5 #6A, #6B 2&5 are very similar and 6A&6B are very similar.

The design aesthetic we are seeking is like the Zillow.com App, and the Trulia App.

-Open your iOS 7 mail and launch the "new message" icon and the email template is similar to what we are looking for in UI design:
-Open your iOS 7 calendar and see transitions as you click from day to week to month for the kind of UX design input we are seeking
-We don't want special coding, but off the shelf solutions. So we want you to know what can be built with available code.

Target Market(s)

Our Target User #1 is a house remodel guy, 50 yrs old, skilled blue collar with some college and hands on attitude.
Our Target User #2 is a Realtor who sells these houses for the remodel Fix and Flip guy.
Our Target User #3 is a Hard Money Lender who lends money to our Fix and Flip guy. He is a small business loaning 100k to 300k to our flip guys for each project. He is lending his money, or money he has personally guaranteed with local banks or friends and family.
Our Target User #4 is a landlord looking to evaluate a buy and fix and hold property. Very similar to the User #1, but he spends time managing rental property.

Requirements

Must have

• Easy to see, read, clean design.
  
  The top of screen #2 should show the Profit more clearly and compare it to the "70% ARV" scenario.
  
  the 3,6 9 months can be buttons or shown smaller somehow.
  

Nice to have

• Flat design. clean and lean. look at the work of Dev Gupta if you want to get creative.

Should not have

• flashy splashy, music label like, fashion model like, hokey, cute, silly, kitchy, country, 3-D.
