Logo Design Brief

We are a company based in Queensland, Australia, we are a plumbing and roofing business which is a division of 'Calibre Engineering" i have attached our current logo and would like something similar but am open to ideas

I would like the design to use two options of colour, dark neon lime or something bright and poppy or a bright orange, also open to different ideas with colours. Just don't want it the same as out current company.
