Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my voice acting recording studio called "Stoodio Sea". It's a play on words of "Studio C" because it's the third iteration of my studio and I respectfully decline to be normal. :) I position my business as "serious with a side of silly". You can get a better idea by looking at my website https://michaelkernsvoice.com. On the logo, I'm looking for a modest tonality, not pastel but not garish either.

I want a logo which simply says "Stoodio Sea", the font should not be real scripty but not block lettering either. Something fairly graceful but very easy to read.

I want the logo to include a drawing of a seagull. A little bit goofy looking but not overly cartoony. I want him to have one eyebrow raised in a humorously questioning fashion, but not a "Ronald McDonald eyebrow".
