Card Design Brief

I am looking for a 1 color back design with a similar design feel like the images on the file I have uploaded. The area of the card that will show up should end up being transparent because one 1 color will be printed on this card. I have uploaded a .ai file to work off and to show the "design area". The 1 color needs to be in RGB format with the color code RGB 50 98 149.
