I'm looking for a logo for my company called "Man Becoming".

Men Becoming is a Brotherhood. It is a group of men who come together to talk, share ideas, and help each other grow as men.

I want a logo that is masculine and refined.

I have a logo idea below... I am open to anything though!

Logo Idea - Thor's Hammer. The idea: That we are working towards becoming worthy... becoming the men we wish we were.
