Graphic Design Brief

I am looking to have a decal made of something similar to the skull, crossbones and wings on my coffee mug (including the spade in the skull). If it could be made in a way that it could be printed off as a decal so I could put it on my bike, or alternatively in a way that I could use it as a stencil and have it painted on. Attached are pictures of the mug and my bike.
