Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for an e-commerce business selling Vegan "faux meat" products. Consider us like a butcher that makes and sells vegan meats. We are based in Canada. We are re-branding our original concept from a vegan soup producer called SUUP. We are attaching our current SUUP logo to give some inspiration about our choice of font & colour scheme.
