Tattoo Design Brief

I am a 9/11 survivor who was 22, unmarried, with no children at the time. For years, I battled survivor’s guilt and questioned life. I later became a father of 3 daughters and have found my reason for living. As a tattoo design, I would like to incorporate The Eye of Providence (all seeing eye) above 3 timepiece faces depicting each of my children’s time of birth. Beneath the timepieces, I would like to incorporate a silhouette of the New York City skyline. I have attached photos/designs similar to what I seek
