Logo Design Brief

My business is a global leadership development and change consultancy needing a new logo design,I would like something which really expresses the human side of leadership. It has to be fresh and alive as well as feel grounded so that global companies can feel a sense of credibility associated with the Brand.
I would like to see designs which have multi colours with the existing brand name we already have. The company name is UpReach. Here is the existing website address of company where you can see the brand (its very old) http://UpReach.co.uk IN the uploaded files I would like to see some of the multicolours maybe In (part of) or even outside the logo. But I would like to see multi colours. I request that we can have the full photoshop files (.psd) including the layers that you have used to create the logo.
