Illustration Design Brief

We need an illustration for an article dealing with what a toxic work environment is, and how some people who endure this type of environment in turn become real tyrants.

This development is slow, these people being manipulated - over time - by toxic superiors. The goal of these manipulations is to make certain subordinates, little by little, cross yellow lines (eg tolerate or carry out mini-verbal aggressions). After a while these people will be pushed to cross, without realizing, real red lines and thus become tyrants (harassment, denigration, etc.)

We would need an illustration for this article.

  • Suggestion:

Maybe we could use the concept of continuous yellow lines on the roads, lines that guide car drivers, and show how someone is manipulating those lines to guide the cars in another direction, to a dangerous place (the red lines)
