Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a FOOD TRUCK in California named "BAJA SURFING TACO".
We will be offering Mexican style SEAFOOD "Baja Style". Menu will be smaller and include Shrimp and Fish tacos prepared in different ways (grilled, battered, spicy, etc), it is more GOURMET, and it will NOT be a cheap taco shop. Our recipes are from a chef and HIGH quality.
We will have fish and shrimp tacos, shrimp cocktail, and only 1 steak taco. Our focus is on SEAFOOD.
We would like something that relates to ocean/sea, calm, elegant, gourmet, blue & white, etc. The design should communicate clean, seafood, FRESH, Baja style, GOURMET.
