I need to create a 5 to 7-page instruction guides for customers who purchased a phone system from our company. The document is a quick reference guide that will help end-users learn how to set up and use their new desk phone and software applications. I need the guide to be 3 x 5 or 6 x 8 in size and will fold like a book.

Requirements

Must have

• Need to have step-by-step instructions that include the information from the QuickStart guide I provided. I need to see an image of the phone with an arrow pointing to the key on the phone that should be pressed. For example, when checking voicemail the Messages key is pressed and I want to highlight this button or call it out somehow.
  
  I need to have three pages for setup instructions, one page for shortcuts or features codes and our support contacts on the last page.

Nice to have

• I want to have a page for notes that the end-user can use during training. I would also like to have a blank space next to passwords and user ID's so they can be filled out with specific details that are provided during their training. For example, in the voicemail section, I include a default PIN. I would like to leave this blank and let the end-user fill it out during training.

Should not have

• Complex shapes and designs. I like straight lines and a simple easy to understand layout.
