Thank you to everyone that has submitted a design so far. First thing I noticed is that the photo's should be more ethnically diverse for both men and women. Also we are trying to model this flyer after what the military and colleges use in local high schools to get the students attention to their offerings. We want to interest young adults in CAREERS not jobs. Also these designs are just a variation of the draft that I submitted. I would like to see a bit more originality.

And finally, please remove all references to builders & remodelers and add these other trades: Aluminum Installers, Equipment Operators, Tile Setters and Automotive Technicians
