I have few questions:
1. did any design satisfy your taste until now?
2. do you rather a 3D animation stylized style or paint cartoonish style for the elephant?

and in the end, it would be nice to guaranteed the project this way we can work on your design with more insurance and peace of mind.

I read your description a few times and review reference images but I couldn't figure out, you want your elephant design to give a tough and pride feeling or cute to the viewer? or something between these two?
