Logo Design Brief

We are a family owned company based in Sheffield, England.
The company buys property in poor condition, the worse they are the more interested we are in them. We completely refurbish them into amazing family homes. We work with a small number of investors and arrange all of the work for them too. It is usually internal refurbishment rather than extensions or building new properties from scratch. The company is named after our two daughters and Bobbins and Flo are their nicknames.

The logo needs to say Bobbins & Flo Development Co. and should also have the word Limited in it but where it can be taken out easily to use just the main part of the logo for less formal media like on our website and ads in local papers.
