Logo Design Brief

I created our company logo using cheap software years ago. I need a fresh redesign that looks more professional and industrial
We are a machine shop. We have very expensive metal cutting CNC Machinery and we transform steel and titanium bars into surgical instruments.
So we are technically not just a "machine shop" but a very high precision medical machine shop.
Our customers are large medical companies that send us their designs to machine and make for them.
I need a logo that is not too "LOUD" but has a somewhat industrial and professional look to it. I would like a splash of color in there somewhere maybe in one or more of the letters in our name
"Integrity Systems Medical"
