Banner Ad Design Brief

I have an ebay store which displays the store name which is Mrs.Jetson's Flying Space-Shop. I want to make this store landing page look better so I want a design to be used as what ebay calls a Store banner. I attach a pic of the visuals of the landing page of my store and I also attach a pic of another store who have set up a banner.
