Logo Design Brief

I need a sleek and elegant logo design for Adventures With Cheshire, who is a travel agency that specializes in Colorado, the Caribbean and Mexico. At first I was looking for something playful but I can't get past that the one I have doesn't quite exude the professionalism I want. (See uploaded photo) It just isn't me. I want something like a simple line design or abstract. I like neutral colors and navy's. I want the idea of luxury travel to come across to my clients. I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with! I'm super excited to have someone nail our logo this time.
