Logo Design Brief

We are opening a pub ( sydney Australia) and have a draft logo we have created however are not entirely happy and am looking to designcrowd for a logo that has the wow! factor whilst sticking to our brief, colour palette and font.
Sophisticated yet approachable, colours and fonts as per attachment.
If you can integrate the text "Watson's" into the icon that is the preference as opposed to where it currently sits underneath.
