T-shirt Design Brief

Hi, we would love a design that we can print on a reusable bag. Portrait design. We are a childcare Centre so a design that would appeal to families and something that is really unique and would grab attention.
It would be great to have an illustrated version of the picture we have of our fence that has the rise and shine logo and the children style drawings and an Educator and child sitting on the seat. Both wearing rise and shine hat.
We have included our logo and some designs that we like, a designed book cover we have had in the past that we love and some photos if you have different ideas of something that would appeal, the design could incorporate children in our rise & shine hats playing, our pirate ship. Not cartoony design, more a painted style like the book cover we had previously or the Van Gough bag example.
