Logo Design Brief

We are starting a new division in our estate agency in St Johns Wood London to deal with a few local roads that have high-end houses. Our agency is currently called Greenstone ( www.greenstone.com ) and although we do sell some expensive properties our brand is not known for high end. So I want to branch off a new high-end division called GS Prime. once the logo is finalised i would like some marketing material and i am thinking that it should include a small map of the roads we want to focus on.
I have attached below the 'G' that we use with our current logo and I would like to continue a version of this with the new design
