Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a boutique criminal defense law firm in Greensboro, NC (cshlawpllc.com). I represent people charged with everything from traffic tickets to first degree murder. I am a Board Certified criminal defense specialist, but I don't want to have a boring, stuffy looking law firm logo. I want something that is memorable and eye-catching. I like monograms, I also like signature logos that photographers use. I'm not sure what the best options are, but please feel free to visit my website listed above to get a feel for me and the vibe of my firm.
