Logo Design Brief

I am looking for both circular and rectangular designs based on the logo at the website www.tidewaterinvestco.com. I have been specific below on color schemes and fonts. My goal is to have designs that can be used on apparel, company collateral, signs, and stickers. Overall, I am looking for something professional, with a tinge a playfulness to it. Getting the icon right with the pickleball and water icon will be key.
