Logo Design Brief

Would like a logo design with these elements
1 - Strong wordmark using the font style "MARSEK"
2 - Logo needs to be in both a BLACK version against a white background and WHITE version against a black background
3 - I need the single wordmark version of the logo... and I need it separately with the slogan version underneath it "CONVERSATIONAL VOICE TECHNOLOGY"
4 - I need the "Registered" mark on the logo (circle with the letter R) included with the logo (Like REZZIL logo example)
5 - I do not want any icons in the logo or fancy images...just the wordmark.
6 - I am providing both the "MARSEK" logo style example, as well as the REZZIL logo style examples
