I am sorry $69 is very low for very complicated logo design. I create custom logo design and create elements from paper sketch and then move to digital version. I will charge $300 for logo and will submit initial design in 60 to 72 hours.
After initial design I will provide you unlimited revisions until your 100% satisfaction.

At the end will handover you source files in vector format, AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPG.

I am new to DesignCrowd and did not realize the large chunk of the project budget DesignCrowd takes on the front-end which digs into the monies earned by the designers whom do the work. I like your portfolio and am open to commissioning you to create the coat-of-arms based logo as described in my brief and provided examples.
