Logo Design Brief

Need a logo for a new residential furniture division. The logo will appear as a deck label underneath the seat cushion, swatch labels & on the new website. I am looking for a white & black color application but am not limited to those two colors. The logo should appear transitional & not traditional. I have attached a logo for inspiration.
