Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a small mother-daughter-owned business in Spartanburg, SC called Hub City Smiles. This is a selfie museum, selfie studio, interactive museum-type business. We have different backdrops and props for people to take pictures with. We would like our design to include a smiley face as Smiles is in the name. The logo should be eye-catching and draw attention to consumers. An idea I had thought of was Hub City for the two eyes and Smiles for the mouth but I don't know for sure how that would look.
