Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new short term rental business on the gulf coast of Mississippi. This is a beach house so we obviously want it beachy, classy, clean, eye catching, and include our name "Magnolia Sands" and the tag line "vacation rental". The Magnolia flower is the state flower of MS and smells so sweet. The deep green in the magnolia leaf isn't very beachy, so don't focus on that color. The sands and air are salty and we hope to see this design combine the two for that perfect pairing.
