Logo Design Brief

Logo for business psychology website based in UK but appealing to an international audience. Provides services such as coaching, talent development and consulting.
The aim of the company is aimed at increasing self-awareness within people to become more productive at work.
Mostly aimed at businesses but also to individuals, so not too 'corporate' or sterile.
Feelings that I would like it to put across: warm, approachable, intriguing, clever, friendly, curious
Logo ideally would be black&white or incorporating one colour but still works when converted to black&white. One possible colour scheme for website (that the logo would go on) is attached to see what kind of palettes are being considered.
Would like a simple logo possibly with a graphic element (see attached as just an example from DesignCrowd website).
Even better would be to use a font that is compatible with Squarespace, but this is not vital - better that the logo works by itself.
