Flyer Design Brief

My company is working with a group who is looking for sites to install EV chargers. The flyer/brochure will be distributed to potential clients with a location for an EV charger (e.g. businesses where employees park their cars and could use the chargers during the day, etc.). The group that is looking for sites will pay for everything pertaining to the chargers, they are mainly looking for sites and locations. We are in need of a one page flyer that has a clean looking design and promotes EV chargers and vehicles. Likely a green/blue theme and ideally a background set in a city/town street with an EV car and charger. We also would like some trees in the picture and possibly the sun. We have attached a sample of our initial idea for a type of look or feel, looking for something more professional, and moving away from the dessert setting and to an urban one instead. We'd like to have two logos near the top (attached), have the information from the text box image somewhere in the design (attached), incorporate two pictures of potential chargers (attached but please feel free to use different photos for these. We will likely be installing Chargpoint and ABB brand chargers), and have the contact information for our representative likely on the bottom (attached). We would like the design format to allow us to change text later if we want to change the wording. This theme may be used for other brochures in the future so we have a “company look”. Again, the attached one was a rough initial mark up, please feel free to take it where you'd like just with the items listed incorporated (green trees, sun, water maybe).
