Logo Design Brief

Design a flower logo for a new brand (no words). I've attached a picture of what I want it to loosely look like. Key aspects:
- Marigold flower desogm
- Metallic gold colour
- Non-symmetrical (like picture)
- Able to distinctly look like a flower from 1-2m away. Will be used in 20x20mm and 30x30mm format

As part of the project, I need the winner to also do a replicable vector pattern with the logo (see image) and a vector of the black brand name on white background (I have font and name already).

Will need the IP transfer to our company.
