we need a logo for a new business, based in portugal, that will help people find properties in the country and renovate them. we manage the whole process to ensure the contractors, designers, and all other vendors involved are reliable and do great work.

the images provided are to provide an example of the direction we'd like to see - clean lines, modern, something that shows movement. but we don't want it to look like clip art or generic.

the logo should convey integrity, trust, reliability, intelligence.

ideally the logo will have elements that can be pulled out to be used in other parts of the website, for example, in a list or something like that.

with regard to color, we like the shades of blue with the gold that is shown in the book cover.
