Logo Design Brief

My logo will be on everything I can put it on, as labels on my coffee cups, on our work clothing gear (t-shirt and caps), on an outside poster. We will sell espresso, sandwich, ice cream, smoothies. The outside of my coffee shop will be white with big back windows. The interior will also be white and black with a touch of natural plant for color and wood for the table. I uploaded the logo we currently designed but I would like to see some more modern options.
