Web Design Brief

I am starting an IT consulting business called Focal Plane Technologies. I recently completed a logo contest on DesignCrowd and am now looking to put together a basic website. I can provide text and content but am looking for a site design with layout and graphics. I am attaching my logo below. I was thinking of a dark blue and white theme for the website (similar to the logo). However, I am open to ideas. Graphics can be a mix of business and high tech as that is the image I am trying to convey. The site will be relatively simple and probably have only 3 - 5 pages (Home, About Us, Services, Contact, etc.)
