I was a little confused by the brief details:
"sign to incorporate in it’s background a patina’d copper. It should be surrounded with a dark wood like cherry or mahogany"

When experimenting with the Patina'd Copper, the green mixtures, and the Cherry/Mahogany, it all became very busy.

Do you mean the sign will be printed on Patina'd Copper? And the Mahogany is colour of the wall it will be displayed on?

If you could clarify these that would be great! I've submitted a design (#27021228), although still wasn't sure if it is 100% what you were meaning you'd like. If you could please provide some feedback on the design that would be great.

The trim on the sign will be the cherry or mahogany. In the background of the sign will be the patina on copper
